Cello & Chardonnay - Concert with Cameron Crozman
Join us Thursday, April. 25th at 7 p.m. in welcoming Cameron Crozman, one of Canada's leading young cellists, for a unique and intimate evening pairing wine and music at Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards! Cameron will play two arrangements, each thoughtfully paired with a Lightfoot & Wolfville wine: the 2014 Blanc de Blancs Brut (featured release at this event) and the 2016 Ancienne Chardonnay.
Tickets include cello concert admission, wine pairings and light nibbles at intermission. Wine by-the-glass bar available for additional purchase.
Cameron Crozman - Bio:
Described as a “mature artist with a profound musical imagination,” (Toronto Concert Reviews), Cameron Crozman is being hailed as one of Canada's leading young cellists. He has performed concerti with the Quebec Symphony Orchestra, Winnipeg Symphony, Hamilton Philharmonic, Orchestre des Lauréats du Conservatoire among others and has collaborated with some of the world’s leading artists including James Ehnes, James Campbell, and André Laplante. A member of Gautier Capuçon’s 2016-17 Classe d’Excellence at the Louis Vuitton Foundation, he holds Master’s in cello and chamber music as well as an Artist Diploma from the Paris Conservatory. His performances have been broadcast on CBC, Radio France, Radio Classique, and Medici.tv and his debut album with pianist Philip Chiu was released by ATMA Classique in January 2019. He plays the Spanish cello “El Tiburon”, attributed to Guillami of Barcelona ca. 1769, generously on loan from the Canada Council for the Arts Instrument Bank.
